How do I get rid of this cough??

Hi,


I've got this dry cough that I need to shift.

It's keeping me up at night, sometimes I cough so hard I end up being sick and i have started to bruise my ribs from coughing.

I've had a cough like that when I had a very bad cold. Night Nurse liquid helped a little

Alternatively, if you don't want to see a doctor, you'll need a hammer drill, a flexible drinking straw, a hoover (other vacuum cleaners work as well) and some sticky backed plastic.

My baby has this cough - he sounds like a donkey when moving. I guess it will just go away in it's own time. If it makes you sick perhaps see the GP -especially if you have an elevated temperature
