Hyper extension of the neck

So I did this terrible deed on Tuesday last week moving some 8 foot server cabinets.

Over the last few days the pain is unbearable and taking nurophen plus made no difference, so I get diclofenac from the docs on Friday with some exercises to do.

But the exercises hurt like fook. And make it worse, so off to the doctors again tomorrow to collect prescription for tramadol and hopefully a visit to the physio.

All I can say is OWWWWWW

Getting old sucks.
