Just stumbled across this site, some good calculators for those needing quick answers to a few questions i.e. how much protein to consume.
This was an interesting one - http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/calbs.htm - according to this calculator, with a wrist size of 7 inches, my biceps should be 16.38 inches
. They are a smidge under 16 in truth, so i need to get curling
Have fun

Anyone else run their figures through that out of curiosity?
6" Wrist,
Recommended/Actual
Chest 39/41
Waist 27/35
Hip 33/40.5
Bicep 14/13.5
Forearm 11/10.5
Thigh 20/25
Calves 13/15.5
Neck 14.5/14.5
Doesn't seem too bad, to me. Their waist/hip estimate seems low. That seems like it'd be skinny to me.

Well today I thought I would try bench first before squat and deadlift and see what I could do weight wise...
All of what I did was with a spotter...
warm up sets followed by;
120kg for 6 reps
130kg for 4 reps
140kg for 3 reps (last rep slightly assisted)
That is 6 plates which I am bloody chuffed with to say the least! I did not think I would get anywhere near that! I only weigh 70kg!
The 20 rep squat followed by 20 rep deadlifting routine which I harp on about in nearly every health and fitness thread is really working!
