Anybody Had Henoch Schonlein Purpura

Spent some of the weekend in hospital with the youngest (6yo) daughter, she's been diagnosed with Henoch Schonlein Purpura, which is apparently where the immune system attacks the body.

HAs anybody had this & what was the outcome? I'm worried sick for her.

This is a good one. It has the number of a support group at the bottom which it might be worth a call to.

The weird thing is she's fine in herself, nutty as a fruit cake as usual. Docs are perplexed how she can carry on as if nothing is wrong when she should be in some discomfort.

I'm sure all will be fine in the long run.
