None, little or lots?

Having been a regular gentle exerciser and believing that's enough for the last 6 weeks I have been going for it and feel so much better.

Ride a bike every day plus weights 3 times a week. Minimum half hour a day maximum 1 hour a day - just need the old heart/lung thing to catch up with it.

Picked up a bit of on/off road cycling with lads from work back in september and managed to stop at the start of december. Must restart cycling that 2 mile to work everyday :P

Weights 4 times a week, did cycle everyday but that's stopped, sit ups and drumming( I realise some of you might think that isn't excercise but when you do between 3-10 hours a day it certainly is).

Badminton 3-4 times a week (off for Festive season though), squash when I can, powerball the arms and a few weights. Also now starting to train this year for the Great North Run and various other events through the course of the year.

Indoor climbing once or twice a week, weights once a week. Also running once a week, although I should really be going twice or even three times.

Get up, drive to work, spend around 9 hours hitting various vehicles with different sized hammers (some disguised as other, more technical, tools) drive home, eat, spend time with missus, sleep, repeat 5 days per week smile the other two days are sometimes spent relaxing!

Taking the dog for a walk. That's a hour a day in all weathers stomping over the fields and hills.

In my mind this means I can scoff crips, chocolate and beer without guilt. biggrin

Only structured exercise is the gym three times a week

~30 mins cardio, bike, treadmill and if I'm feeling masochistic the rower

~20 min free weights

~20 min resistance machines

All aimed at increasing strength and endurance rather than full on bodybuilding, been going since October and very happy with the results

Also cycle when the weather's nice and walk the dog, kitesurf when the wind blows...
