Not easy to get to as they are deep inside the body, carotid looks favoutite at the moment!

Carotid is best if you are trying to bump someone off. Veins are useless - you can inject a good 20mls without problem. In bubble studies air is deliberately injected to show up cardiac defects on echocardiogram. But just a few mls of air in a carotid will probably result in a pretty spectacular stroke.
