Green Tea - worth fighting the taste barrier?
Discussion
Had a company medical last week and blood test came back showing slightly higher cholesterol level than recommended.
Reading up on the potential causes (aside from saturated fat) includes caffeine.
I have wanted to push myself away from coffee / PG Tips for a while now and have thought about green tea. But it am not so keen on the taste.
Are the health benefits associated with this stuff worth a slightly puckered mouth as it goes down??

White tea and chamomile (sp?) tea are OK as well (yes, ghey, i know!).
Also, i accidentally bought Sainsbury's Decaf teabags the other day and they seemed to taste pretty much like the real thing which is clearly an improvement as last time I drank decaf tea (copule years ago) it was like mud!
