Just invested in 4 of them for the gym, not used one yet, anyone used them or got one in their gyms? If so whats your thoughts?

I'm sure they're a useful progression exercise for actually climbing up ropes,If you have access to such.

Did you know they were originally designed for wheelchair users?

There's a couple in a gym I train at and they seem quite popular..
