I'd guess with the stewards turning a blind eye. A few years ago one of the italian sides' Ultra groups (Lazio I think) smuggled a Lambretta onto the upper tier of the stadium and trew it onto the fans below. And that definitely wasn't in a rucksack.big flag picture

It wasn't smuggled into the ground and it was Inter fans. They openly dragged it up, set fire to it and then threw it. Stewards are to scared of them to do anything.eybic said:

It depends on the colour I guess. The Wolves fans used to have something similar back in the 90's. I remember it used to absolutely stink when it passed overhead. Always amazed me that it was able to find the way back to its owner/s.Sexual Chocolate said:
