Football exchange with Dutch or Belgian amateur club

Bit of a longshot here, but initial internet searches aren't bringing much up.

I'm about to become manager of my local football team. Village league stuff in the Peak District.

I want to look into setting up an exchange with a European club of similar standing, prefereably within easy coach journey distance, hence thinking Belgium or Holland. So is anyone on here involved with such a club who may want to set up an exchange? If so, please PM me.
