Can't see one started so I'll kick this off by saying what a fantastic start to the First Round proper tonight's match was.
Salford City, co-owned by the Class of 92 boys, were superb tonight and outplayed Notts County winning 2-0 with a goal seventeen seconds into the second half and a brilliant second on 73 minutes. County were poor despite having two top strikers in Izale McLeod and Jon Stead up front. Look out on the highlights for a brilliant last ditch goal line clearance at 1-0 that proved a bit of a turning point.
