I'm sure he was just lucky to win 9 league titles across Europe.

Could he be the new Falcao?

It'll be great having him in the PL and being such an arrogant bd scoring all the time, it would also be hilarious to see him fail spectacularly though

Exactly, a player who has scored some amazing goals and performed well in lots of top leagues yet slagged off on here.

I'm not a particular fan or otherwise but he's fairly irrefutably one of the top few dozen of his generation at worst.

Let's face it though, as good as Zlatan is, he has hardly been pressed in Ligue One, has he?

There's no doubting that he's a quality player, but in fairness I could have played for PSG in my fat and unfit state for the past few years and they'd still have won the league such is the crapness of the French Ligue 1.

As a goalscorer he's been great. Even ignoring the PSG scoring he's easily a goal every other game striker in some of the very top leagues. And for a 'controversial character' his selfish(?) approach to scoring hasn't impacted the teams he's played for too badly...big old stack of league titles too. In a Sweden team that is really limited his scoring record is equally exceptional.

I'd argue that in this country he's probably underrated really, viewed as a show pony who bottles big games based upon a few performances against English clubs.
