Dream Transfer Window

If you could buy 1 player this transfer window from any other British League club for the team you support, who would it be and why?
Also again if you could ship 1 player out, who and why?
For my club Arsenal I will go.
Buy - Declan Rice, impressed every time I see him play and seems to have it all in midfield all round, breaks up play but can carry it forward he's reminds me of Gerrard, proper Roy of the Rovers style. Him in mid with Partey would be very strong.
Sell - Aubamayang, great goalscorer but in the grand scheme of our play, I don't think he fits anymore in terms of pressing and linking play with others and how we are trying to play with the youngsters. We'd save a ton in wages as well.
Interested to hear who others would choose.
