Looks like waves but is actually mist:



For some reason aol describes it as 'Florida's coast' but unless there have been some unusual boundary changes recently I think they mean Panama City.

If you look carefully you can just make out a kitesurfer flying over the third skyscraper from the left.

That's because there's more than one Panama City smile

It's on the Gulf Coast where further south there's also a St Petersburg, Venice and Naples rotate

Interesting how there's little or no mist between the buildings, showing that it is formed as soon as the airflow is forced upwards and the pressure/temperature decreases very slightly. It's more common to see this with hills and mountains due to their greater height.
