Telecommunication towers

Does anyone here work in the telecommunications industry? As in large telecommunication towers with microwave emitters?

I have a couple of questions on them regarding their design.

Or if you know of anyone that could space a couple minutes of their time?

I've climbed a few but don't have much to do with the physical design. Ask the question and at the very least it might coax out a few who do know a bit more.
