looking for a way to expand the pipe to 45mm od from 43mm od

The new exhaust pipe i got is 43mm outer diameter. So i need this pipe end to be expanded to 45mm od so i can fit over 43mm od cat pipe.

Any idea how or shall i take it to someone who can do this for me?

You can buy pipe expanders and 2mm is not a lot however if your fitting it over another pipe a step up to the correct length would give a good gas tight fit

I thought these were just for taking out clamp dents but description claims they can expand one pipe to fit over another?

Yep, their the ones, may need a bit off heat to assist the process

They are crap they will struggle to flare a bean can !! I have dome and what a waste of money , find your local torqueflow / exhaust maker they have hydraulic flaring tool which will do it
