Source for turnbuckles & rosejoints

I'm after 1 either M8 or M10, with roughly 120mm total length.
All I can find is McGill Motorsports on eBay and their own site, but I'd have to buy 20 half nuts for the one right handed and one left handed ones I'd need which is rather pointless and bumps the cost up considerably (over £30 for one complete unit).

Ended up calling McGill direct and they were happy to sell a complete unit.Googling rod end joints just gave me a bunk of links to rod end joints... I had no trouble finding those, it was a complete turnbuckle and rod end/rose joint assembly I couldn't find!
