Steel exhaust tube/connector 95mm ID?

Any idea where I can purchase the above, preferably cut to length?

Tried Demontweeks, Car-builder Solutions etc and googled but cant find anything with that internal diameter, can be mild steel, stainless or ali tube, im trying to make adaptors to mate track day inserts to Cerbera silencer tips, which are angle cut so insert grub screws have nothing to grip.

4" stainless wall thickness 1.5mm (yes I know, mix of units, but lots of places list it like that) cut a couple of inches off to slit & use as an internal sleeve will give an ID of 95.6mm, u-bolt will take the rest up.
