Ford Fiesta Eco 59 plate Power loss when driving up hill

1600 diesel turbo intercooler

Car was driving ok, but when driving up a steep hill in 5 gear engine power suddenly dropped off and both warning lights have come on the facia. Car still running but does feel sluggish?

I have changed the turbo sensor on accelerator block and changed the dreaded fuel filter with no change to problem.

Also side lights front and rear have stopped working, looked in manual and it say's Fuse F25 and relay 6 needed to be checked, but they are not present? Can anyone tell me where to find them on this model. many thanks Tim

sounds like overboost maybe the turbo acutuater or waste gate stuck ,hence goes into limp mode??

The car belongs to my son and he has told me today it made a hissing sound when it happened the first time, would either of your suggestions have caused this sound.

PS Any ideas about the fuse and relay locations?
