Any technical gurus know what might be causing this? Or is it simply a case of the tracking on the drivers side been well out (however I suspect not)
Nearside wheel cambered (negative) much more than offside, to the point where the wheel weight catches the wishbone and can also make out where its been rubbing on the tyre.
The only thing that has brought this to my attention is fitted Merc steel wheels....again this isn't an issue as the drivers side has plenty of clearance and are factory offset and are fitted to numerous vans I know etc etc
p.s Just to add, it only catches on the nearside when turning roundabouts or around junctions but only a few mm when on level ground and stationary
