Hello all,

I am wanting to replace my car tyre. I checked the car tyre and it reads 195/65R15 (91) H and its 2005 PEUGEOT 307 S HDI. I checked on kwikfit

https://www.kwik-fit.com/tyres

and put my reg in and it says 2005 PEUGEOT 307 S HDI (CORRECT) but it says 195/65H15 (front and rear) and gives me loads of tyres that are 195/65H15 the difference is my tyre has a "R" and their website is the same but has an "H" rather than and "R"? would these tyres still work for my car?

The letter codes refer to the speed rating of the tyre.
R - 106mph
H - 130

Yes. The information is just in a different order. See
https://www.blackcircles.com/general/sidewall
for an explanation of tyre sidewall markings.

Thanks, I noticed on their website there is the option of "summer" tyres and "All Season" tyres? I have never ever heard of this before? Will I be ok to use a summer tyre all year around in the UK if I buy a summer tyre? what do others do?

This is the tyre

"Summer tyres" are the default norm, as used by 90% of people in the UK all year round.

"All seasons" are different, and much better* in winter conditions.

* - this may be disputed...

Thanks, I want to get the front two tyres replaced but I am not going to be home before they come out and replace them so cant move the car, so my question is can a tyre still be changed if two of the tyres are parked up on a curb?
