Astra J central locking

Hi all,
I have a 2010 Mk6/J 1.4T Astra and after a few days misbehaving the central locking has died. I can open driver's door manually and all other doors once inside. Boot unlocks with driver's door. Petrol cap deadlocked and no manual release (my main concern as I have a long journey coming up).
When I press the key fob the indicators flash and the red dashboard light goes on/off but the locks don't activate. The dashboard lock/unlock buttons don't work either. Wiring between the doors looks ok.
I can hear the relay in the boot fuse panel clicking when I press the key fob but this doesn't translate to the locks moving.
Tried a new fuse and tried disconnecting the battery for an hour to try and reset everything as per advice elsewhere. Also tried spare key, new key fob batteries and resetting fob. Nothing working.
Any suggestions please?
