Zafira locking problem

Hopfully someone can help,
Right my zafira key locking has broke, it used to work, key fob now doesn't lock or unlock, and when I lock the car manually with the key it will only lock the drivers door, every other door remains unlocked. when I manually unlock the car from the drivers door it wont unlock any doors unless I open the drivers door, the central locking button inside the car works to lock it but not when the drivers door is open so I lock the car through the passenger door, I have bought a new mechanism for the door but that didn't seem to help, the wires in the door seem okay visually, I have also checked the fuses and they're okay
