So, about 3 months ago a milk latte decided to explode all over my door panel. The electronics within the panel seemed fine after being dried, however, over the following 2 weeks everything started to die. Now i have no control over any windows in the car (only front two electric) and neither the wing mirrors. obviously water damage but it was milk (almond milk to be specific). would this make a difference? + i have no experience of fixing anything ever so would i be able to just pull the whole door panel off and fix it myself or is their some serious logistics behind all of this. Thanks.

Possibly corrosion or just interference caused by the fluid and its dried-in remnants. I'd disassemble, find all the electrics and get busy with some electrical contact cleaner and hope for the best.
