With so many cheap Bluetooth dongles available, can anyone recommend one that works well with Apple iPhone?
Just want one that can see fault codes and clear them as necessary.
Don’t mind paying a few bob, but I’m not a hands on mechanic for anything other than the basic jobs, so don’t need anything too professional.
Also a recommendation for a good app would be appreciated.
Thanks guys

Any WiFi based OBD2 rather than Bluetooth will work.

I have a generic Chinese WiFi one and have used it with Carista and loads of different cars with full success for years.

Incidentally it’s worth paying the few quid for Carista, it’s very effective

I use carista, which lets you read and clear codes as well as personalise certain features in your car that you can’t do using the systems on board. Not too pricey but you do need to pay a subscription fee (1 month free trial).

Do any of these also update? It seems the Porsche OBD computer costs a fortune just to turn a service light off.

Checked their website but my 2006 VW Touareg V10 5l has limited features on the app.
Need to carry on looking I guess!
