First fire up after a cam swap was last night, I need a serpentine belt (can't find the old one, it was a bit old anyway...) but am struggling to find anywhere with them in stock today...

Part number is 6PK2030, Merc part, Vectra part, all sorts, so not uncommon, but also not commonly stocked...

Will try phoning around some local motor factors once they're open, but thought why not deploy the PH wizards smile

It's for a big V8, so a worthy cause thumbup

Your local ECP doesn't have one in, if you're near Northampton. Saves you trying them wink

Oh I checked there wink but thanks. I've tried sytner MB as it's an old W124 E250td part, and Vito and all sorts, but they can't work with part number, they need the merc part number.

They did suggest a place in Wellingborough but they've not got one in stock either hehe

The challenge is the 'in stock today' bit, I want to go and pick one up now thumbup

The superseded part no is 008 997 73 59/64. And there is no stock in the UK.

Well, GSF had the belt, so that's a big plus.

Alas, whatever American page I got the size from was wrong, as 2030 is too long, have now checked with actual Monaro owner and 1965 is what I need.

So that's annoying!
