Nissan Micra 67Plate - Fuel Gauge

Hi all,

Not sure if this is in the correct forum but here goes.

Recently when I filled up my Nissan Micra Acenta the fuel gauge will go up but the on screen computer part were it used to show how many miles was left to empty no longer does. It just shows three lines. Pictured attached below. Any help appreciated.

That means no miles remaining so the computer is seeing no petrol, as is also your gauge showing empty.
