New car to me, old phone aerial(!) on windscreen, what's the safest way to remove please?

Hammer and chisel, wait for the frosts and make sure the screen is very frozen.

Use one of those body filler plastic spreader thingies, gently prise with it and keep pushing it further in

Solvent based cleaner will tidy up after

Stanley knife or anything from the list above, they are only held on with silicone/self adhesive pads, fitted 100's in the 90's.
