Valve spring compressor

The run around iR53 Mini Cooper S is burning a bit of oil & we reckon it's worn valve seals, compression is ok & PCV working fine. I'd like to swap the seals without removing the head, using the nylon rope trick.

Can anyone recommend a valve tool for this? I'm thinking of the kind that use two feet & a rod but would like to ask for advice. Thanks lads.

I got one that hooks onto the sides of the spring with an over center lever at the top to push the spring retainer down - it worked OK for me.
