In order to do brake jobs etc at the moment, i jack up the car via the subframe bolts on each side and place jack stands under sill, i know i know its not meant for that but its got zero chance of slipping off that way.

Problem is when i go to jack the other side, the side on the jack stand makes an awful racket as the car obviously shifts slightly and the jack stand essentially scrapes on the sill, maybe even bends it, its the same situation if i placed the stand under the subframe bolts, the car moves on the jack stand.

There is nowhere on my car to jack up both sides at once as that would be the easiest option.

Im currently resorted to doing one side at a time but that makes it a bit awkward frankly. Ramps are good but not if you need the wheels off.

What car is it? Both my cars have points for jacks and axle stands.

You don't say what car, but is there no substantial point centrally? A axle for instance? Use the jack there, then insert stands under the subframe points.

OR, a length of timber, again substantial, to put between the subframe bolt points, jack in the middle, then place your axle stands under the bolt points. It might help to carve/drill holes in the wood so take the bolt ends, so that the wood bears on a greater area, and is more secure with the stands in place.

Jack up front & rear separately, then the car just rolls minutely rather than moves on the stands.

Do you actually need to jack it up on both sides at the same time? It would usually be possible to service brakes one corner at a time.

Use a trolley jack, the jack should roll not the car.
