Peugeot 207 1.6 HDI Allure - lightbulbs!!

Hi, Can someone give me a bit of advice please? I've a 2012 Peugeot 1.6HDI allure that seem's to have an issue with front n/s/f bulbs going at the slightest thing! Car was MOT'd by a dealer in March and for some mad reason, I had to have 6 bulbs replaced throughout the car!! But the front n/s/f went again last night. Only getting light on full beam. I turned the engine on, the battery life flashed up (I think!) and then daughter said the front left had gone. I've had issues with it before, when someone looked at it and said the connection had melted - so am I getting surges in this particular area and if so, what can be done by it? Could it have been picked up before by the dealership and what sort of cost we looking at to replace if this area is going to cary on 'popping' lightbulbs?? I live out in the sticks a tad and with dark early mornings and late nights home from work, I need to have reliability and peace of mind. Thanks for any words to help, or anyone with similar issues.

Maybe the voltage regulation is playing up. Get a voltmeter and see what it's running at with lights on and off.
