Audi A3 s line coolant loss

My A3 s line is losing coolant and there’s a smell under the bonnet. I have had the air con pipe replaced recently, could this have anything to do with it?

Replacing the aircon could be related as coolant pipes may have been moved in order to fit the new pipe.
It is more likely that is not related and the timing is just a coincidence.
