Egr Error obd2 Reading

Hi there,

I have recently got a elm327 obd2 reader and I am using it with Torque Pro.

I have noticed that my egr error is set to -99 and when driving it will switch between 99 and -99%.

I am getting no error codes relating to this, and I have cleaned my egr valve out, when I cleaned it out it was moving free and easy from me pushing it in and out.

What can be causing this? or is it time for a new egr valve?
