I have an Aston Martin conditioner that only has the cigarette lighter fixture.
I tried it on my 2005 Crossfire which has a new 12 Volt battery but I just get the warning sign light up.
Can you please suggest what I need to do or require to use it on my Crossfire.
Thank you.

Photos and more information would help but I’m guessing the cigarette lighter socket on the crossfire is not always on - I.e. it requires the ignition to be on in order to work.

What you’ll need to do is either hard wire an adaptor to the battery or get crocodile clips to connect to the battery.
These are the fittings that I use on my Optimates:

silly Q but have you looked to see what works on a R170 SLK?

Thanks for your advise miserablegit.
I think the croc clips are the way to go.

I uploaded this photo as well but it didn’t show up- this is what I mainly use as it remains connected to the battery
