I've installed some Rivnuts on my car door in order to fit a blanking panel, but one of the screws has rounded off inside the nut.
What is the best way to remove it?
Thanks.

Elastic band over the end of the Allen key should fill the rounding gaps enough to get it out.

valve grinding compound. very rarely find a screw that wont come out with that, failing that a screw extractor.

It’s sitting proud enough to get some pliers/mole grips on it.

These are a ballache. I’m betting that’s a stainless fastener that has spalled into the rivnut. My go to,for getting these out is my powerfile, and just grind the head off carefully. Then make sure you copaslip the rest.

Mile grip on the head
Other option if grind a slot into the hard with a Dremel then use a flat blade screwdriver

But it’s into a rivnut. When a stainless fastener spalls or seizes into a rivnut, the rivnut will almost always release its grip on the panel it’s crimped into, long before you can get enough torque (however you apply it) to release the fastener. The same usually happens if you try to drill ‘em out, especially stainless fasteners.

Grip the back of that screw in the door panel with a pair of mole grips to stop it turning then drill the counter sunk head off.
