Audi A7 Parking Brake ECU

Hello, looking for some help please.
2014 A7 3.0 40k
Intermittent Parking Brake fault over 6 months. First time I had the rear right caliper and motor renewed. Fault came back after 3 months.. Carista now says no voltage to left motor. Switch ignition on and off clears it and no fault for a week or two.
I've had the rear caliper off and it seems perfect. As is all the wiring.
Googling gives common fault as faulty ECU. On all Audi models for that year.
I've bought a used one but for the hell of me cant find where the original one lives.
Google is no good and the forums all say one place, under fuses in right rear cubby hole in boot.
But not on my car it seems?
Would anyone on here have any knowledge.
