2020 Vauxhall Corsa Service Intervals

Hello,

Thought I'd put it here for a quick response,
The dash says 12,400 miles or 12 months. Does that mean it's until the next service due? I got the car as pre-registered, so just wondering if that's until April 1st, or if they've reset the service interval until August next year?

Might vary by brand but I bought my car in Jan pre reg, got a letter last week (12 months since date of reg saying to book the service) however the onboard computer and the app say I have ,161 days or 7000 miles until it's due.
Mine counts down every day and appears to have been reset as part of the PDI when I got it

Yes, the car is counting down mileage and passage of time. Due to lockdown it's likely that the time will come first so it will go in in Jan.
In terms of preservation of the service history mine will show the PDI in Jan 20 and then first service in Jan 21 so 12 months as per manufacturers guidelines
