Porsche boxster 3.4 ticking noise am I in trouble?

Hi all,

Mechanic...not Porsche says it's the exhaust baffles but I think they're just misinformed. Can anyone identify what this noise could be? No loss of power or anything. Don't know if maybe the outtake fan is rattling or if it's more internal? See video https://youtu.be/_UhRMLtMjFQ

Sounds normal to me (I've had a few mid engined porsches) and sounds just like the injectors. Hard to tell from a video though so get it checked out by a specialist if you're worried

Just to add... I assume it's less noisy on the passenger side? If so it'll probably just be the injectors you're hearing

Did it suddenly come on, or gradually until you noticed it?

I have to say that does sound like injector noise, but it's always hard to tell from the video.

It sounds the same as mine I think. It's just the injectors which are quite vocal, especially from the drivers side for whatever reason.

Thank you so much. It's always been there since I bought it and I guess once I actually noticed it...I always hear it. I don't believe it's getting worse but it does increase the rate of ticking when foot on throttle
