How do I remove these?

Is there a way of undoing them or do I need to grind them off?

Can't see what they are very well on that pic but if they are rivets then that is pretty much the only way, cut or grind them off.

Or drill them - rivets are often made of relatively soft metal compared to what they're riveted to, so drilling is easy.

yeah grind the heads off or center punch and drill them
