My TVR has been sitting for a decade (no coolant for a long time) and I've recently got it running again. The the new coolant has turned very brown almost instantly.

Has anyone used an engine flush product that works well? Or would it be best just to keep changing the coolant in the system?

Never tried a flushing agent, in the past I've just removed top and bottom hoses then flushed out the rad from both ends until it runs clear, and usually stick the hosepipe in the hoses and do the same, then blow through with an airline and fill with decent coolant

That sounds like a plan. It's also free!

The last one I used was 'Abro' radiator flush (in a yellow bottle) before backflushing the cooling system with a hose, it seemed to get everything a lot cleaner than the Wynns stuff I've used previously, I'd use it again.

I used Thermocure on my neglected cooling system.

Its pricey, I gave serious thought to paying over £20 for a bottle of it (loadsa money to me), but I was impressed

The coolant went from a very rusty red, to a dark brown and I've drained the Coolant since, to check its remained pink; which it has (so I strained it and put it back).

One bottle is enough for a 10 litre system, so I only used half in my 5 litre system, it appears to be a type of oil.

Don't be tempted not to do it, my Head Gasket was not a pretty sight when I removed it, several of the small holes for the coolant channels having become blocked with rust particles
