HELP: BMW 120D Sport 05 - ECU

My BMW recently just stopped working, wouldn’t turn on. It was diagnosed as the ECU. I’ve had another ECU put in her and she now starts but has lost her power. We have had her re mapped hoping this would fix the issue but she is still very slow at moving. Has anyone experienced this before or possibly know what the issue may be. I love this car dearly but my brother is wanting to now send her to the scrap yard 😢

Are there any fault codes ?

We’ve plugged the computer Into it and there’s no fault codes, leaving us very puzzled

Are you sure you got the correct ecu for your engine/model?
