All Ignition lights on with no key in the ignition HELP need
Discussion
Hi there guys & gals
As the title says "All Ignition lights on with no key in the ignition".
I went to start the car this morning pressed the button to unlock it and as I was about to sit down in my seat I noticed in the instrument cluster all the ignition lights on I had to check that I still had the keys in my hand YEP.
I inserted the key and turned the key and nothing.
Does anybody have any ideas why this must be so ?

The battery is probably knackered.
This is the first time this has happened and I can normally go to the car and start it without a problemAs above the batteries in modern cars fail in many ways and likely the last can be starting.
