25mm trailer axles

Can anyone help source a part, or point me in the right direction please?
I have a trailer, which is currently in pieces and a bit rusty. Started as one small job, now it has no axles on and various parts all over the workshop, as you do. Now, it has suspension units like that below, BUT, they are a different stub axle to normal. They have a slightly longer 25mm diameter shaft (not 1 inch as all the rest seem to be), and instead of a castle nut they have a simple self locking nut, because there is no outward pressure on the nut.
I can find bearing kits for 25mm axles, but for the life of me cannot find anywhere which sells suspension and axles assemblies with a 25mm shaft. Ideally I'd like to keep the existing hubs and wheels, having just refurbished them and put new bearings in. Seems a shame to replace them and have to buy new hubs as well, when the ones I have are fine.
Any suggestions? Have even tried looking at Chinese websites but nothing yet.
