Fluid Pump for changing gearbox/diff oil

Folks,

I need to change my gearbox & diff oil on the MX-5. The fluid bottles obviously won't reach to the fill plugs so looks like I need to get some sort of fluid pump to fill the reservoirs. Any tips/recommendations on what sort to buy please?

On many cars it is easier to use a hose attached to the G/B oil bottle to reach the filler from above.

Many giant syringes available on ebay, some from reputable makers, 200-500mls

Warm the oil first - it makes the fill much quicker and easier.

Sit the bottles in sink full of hot water for 20 mins before filling


Then use a engine oil pump either electric or manual shoud manage it no problem with the oil warm
