What rubber door seal treatment

Have issues with a van sliding door sticking due to rubber seals, so much so someone is going to break the handle yanking it.

Sometimes I have to climb in to push it open from inside

Door is used once a week or so, other sliding door must have had some treatment or cleaned differently as it never sticks.

Can anyone recommend a simply treatment that doesn’t leave oily residue. Thankyou

Gummi Pflege worked for me, particularly for stopping rubber freezing to metal.

3in1 Silicone Spray Lubricant, about 1/3 of the cost. Mixed views online about longevity but this is typically when it's exposed to UV when it'll dry up.

It's great, I went through a couple of cans when I had my MK1 MX-5 which are notorious for incredibly slow electric windows...not after spraying this stuff!

Autoglym Vinyl and Rubber care might work as well. Halfords should do it for about £8.

Gummi Pflege is just German for 'Rubber Care', rather than a specific brand of product.

I've just bought some Liqui Moly gummi pflege for my Evora and am a bit underwhelmed as it's made the window squeak.

So what brand of rubber care, sorry, gummi pflege is best? Sonax? Werth? Nextzett?

I use the Wurth one, but only because it was what the German garage I was passing was selling when I needed it.

That said, I can’t recall buying a duff Wurth product, so it’s not a high risk purchase.
