Both DRLs stopped working

Given it's unlikely that both bulbs went (unless maybe a surge blew them?) what wiring/switches could I check before taking to a garage?

Honda Jazz 09, depending on how much the bulbs are I might just try changing them anyway, but wanted to see if anyone else had had a similar problem. All other lights are fine.

Check the fuses. They are bound to be in the same circuit, two bulbs ( guessing they are not LEDs at that age) at once would be a huge coincidence.
