Could be several things. You need to get it scanned to see what codes it has thrown up.

Yea the traction control light won't go out but no fault codes in there

What have you scanned it with? most cheap readers will not read abs/traction control faults, Ideally you need VCDS or a quality garage level scanner.

If the light is on there will be codes present unless you have turned off the ABS/DSC.

You can't be using the right scanner.
