One of the rear discs is looking quite rusty around the edge. Still plenty of thickness and braking surface seems okay, if a little scored.

That's fine. If it bothers you chip it off with a hammer then wire wheel it clean.

Does it pull up strong and square? If so, it’s OK.
I have something worse than that marked on an MOT as an advisory, ‘corroded, pitted, or scored but performance unaffected’.

Looks good to me, spin it up by hand with an old screwdriver held against the edge, knock the worst rust off, quick sandpaper down and paint the edge black or silver, do the same with that horrible unswept section near the hub which i always paint (prefer black) before fitting cos hate seeing rusty discs.
Looks like a drum inside disc design.

The scoring would concern me more - but nothing too bad there. How’re the pads looking?

Thanks folks. Cosmetics certainly not an issue for me anyway, so long as still safe and sound. Pad seems to have plenty of meat on it still.

Yeah nothing wrong with that as long as it's braking straight.
