Sill Lip Bent

As seen in photos Sill lip is a little bit bent behind the jacking point. The paint has peeled away slightly and theres a tiny bit of rust but can easily be sanded off.

Would this fail MOT?

If there's no holes or sharp edge's it'd not even going to attract a second look from a tester

Got the same thing on my impreza, pinch welds bent up due to a lazy / inept tyre fitter prior to my ownership.

Not an MOT fail , wouldn't get a second look, as mentioned.

While it's annoying and not nice to look at if you're under the car, there's no harm in adding some new underseal to the area or any exposed metal, once you've got rid of the rust with whatever method you choose. Any exposed metal will be at the mercy of road salt etc in winter, best done sooner rather than later.
