How to open this Mercedes STAR diag connector?
Discussion
Hello everybody.
For some reason - I am usually very careful.. this connector on my Mercedes STAR Diagnostics hardware has undone itself. There appears to be two broken solder joints.
Does anybody know how I can open this connector in order to get at the solder joints and repair? Brownie points if you have a pinout diagram but I can do without that for now

I assume that's a rotating locking ring. Are those rivets on it that could potentially be drilled out?
I can see some lugs on the outside of the inner which look like they align the inner with the other connector. Is it possible one or more of these is actually a latch? It would be worth probing with a jeweller's screwdriver or fine wire to see if any of them will move. Anything else visible at the bottom of that gap, or from the back of the housing?
